This Agreement is intended to provide Meetora users with a clear, convenient, and standardized process for account cancellation and personal data deletion. You may submit an account deletion request at any time through the methods described below without uninstalling or reinstalling the application.
Account deletion services are provided and implemented by the developer entity, Wuhan Yueningge Trading Co., Ltd.
Meetora provides the following methods for submitting an account deletion request. You may choose either method according to your needs.
You can submit an account deletion request directly within the Meetora application by following these steps:
Once the request has been successfully submitted, your account will enter the account deletion process described below.
Deletion Path: Profile → Settings → Delete Account
You may also submit an account deletion request through Meetora's designated web account deletion page.
Follow the instructions provided on the webpage and submit the required account information to request deletion of your Meetora account and associated personal data.
After you successfully submit an account deletion request, your account will enter a 30-day deletion grace period.
Once the 30-day grace period expires, if the deletion request has not been revoked, the account deletion process will be completed and will become permanent.
After permanent deletion, your account and the associated personal data covered by the deletion request cannot be restored through the normal account recovery process.
To avoid losing important information, we recommend that you back up any content or data you wish to retain before submitting your account deletion request.
After you successfully submit an account deletion request, Meetora will initiate a 30-day cooling-off period. During this period, your account and associated data will be temporarily retained to allow you to revoke the deletion request if necessary.
If you do not log in to your Meetora account during the 30-day cooling-off period, the account deletion process will proceed and the personal data associated with your account will be deleted in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and data retention requirements.
Meetora may retain limited information where retention is required or permitted for legitimate purposes such as legal compliance, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or other obligations required by applicable law.
Meetora may also retain aggregated, anonymized, or de-identified information that cannot reasonably be used to identify or associate with an individual user.
During the 30-day grace period, you may revoke your account deletion request by logging back into your Meetora account.
If you log in during this period, the pending account deletion request will be automatically canceled and your account will return to normal status.
Your account information, historical data, personalized settings, and available features that have not yet been deleted will remain accessible after the deletion request is canceled.
Once the 30-day grace period has expired and the account deletion process has been completed, the deletion cannot be revoked through this recovery mechanism.
